Silent Keys in 2007

A long time friend of many in the Conwy Valley A.R.Club had become a Silent Key. F. Glynne Humphreys Jones GW3CF, know in Amateur Radio Circles as Charlie Fox died on the 27th March 2007.

Ted Parry GW7TFE became a silent key on the 15th August 2006.
Roger Livsey GW3SMY became a silent key on Thursday 16th November. 2006.
March 2006 meeting

The speaker at the meeting on Wednesday 1st March 2006 will be John Lawrence GW3JGA whose talk is entitled "PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR POWER"

It has been arranged with the publicity section of the WALES AIR AMBULANCE that a speaker will attend our meeting at the studio on the 6th July 2005.
May 2005 Meeting

The speaker at the May meeting, which will be held at 'The Studio' on May 4th will be Mr Anthony Hogbin who is the CVARC Web Administrator, the subject of the talk is "Processors to Web Pages"
Although the title sounds very scary it is intended to explain some of the technologies required to host the Conwy Valley Amateur Radio Club website and the like. This talk will touch on some of the hardware, and communications involved and so on
June 2005 Meeting

The clubs Annual Generals meeting took place on the 1st June. The Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary were re-elected. The Committee were also re-elected enbloc. followed the AGM a discussion took place regarding two letters received from the RSGB (See Correspondence) this was followed by a chat on future speakers a general natter and a cup of tea.
